With 7 years of physical therapy clinical experience and training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, I am educated and passionate about the growth of knowledge and resources available in the area of pre/postnatal rehabilitation for Mothers. As of February 2017, I have developed and tested the Cradle Core Program. It is designed as a 12 week Home Program for Moms who are pre or postnatal and want to regain strength and function from the core outwards.
This program is designed for the whole spectrum of core strength knowing fully that the population of women having children includes it all. Whether you have had 3 cesareans and distasis recti or no complications or issues after birth, you will see massive benefits and results with this program. If you are looking for a program, exercises, knowledge of what to do, along with the personal touch of support and personal instruction, Cradle Core can be your launching pad for restoration and strength. “I had three babies in less than three years. In addition to general core weakness from such a toll in such a short time, I had diastis recti and a large umbilical hernia. I started the cradle core program when my third was three months old. For the first seven weeks my hernia would act up and make me ill every time I did a circuit. But after seven weeks it stopped hurting most of the time and was able to do things like throw my toddlers in the air. I did the absolute minimum, and still do, because it’s enough for my body right now. As a former athlete it is strange to feel so worked out and for my muscles to be fatigued without even sweating. I do the least amount of sets and reps, and have only done one bonus exercise ever; however, this program is so well designed and so effective that even while only doing the minimum I have noticed a huge difference in my body shape, tone and strength. I look forward to attacking this program again after my hernia surgery to pull the full benefits from it and get my body back to 100%.

“First off I would like to say I haven’t had a baby, nor am I pregnant. I was in pretty good shape when I spoke with Kendall about her Cradle Core Program. I really wanted to focus on my core and work with Kendall again, and I’m so glad I did! I haven’t completed the program yet, but within 3 weeks I could see and feel a difference! My stomach is becoming more toned and I am making giant progress with side planks! I never could do them properly or without modifications and now…well now I can and I love them! I also love the connection developing between my breathing and my muscles. Overall my physical and mental health has improved and I fell a lot more agile on top of it all!
