Over the years, this program has developed into something I am really proud of! It is a mix of technical and general running conditioning, designed to make you a better runner. There is a unique combination for every single runner of what they need to be better. This class has a formula for everybody. Included in the 2x/week class is a dynamic warm up, technical drills, strength and conditioning, as well as maintenance and some mileage. It is truly an all-encompassing cross training class for all runners.
